Imineke ni zimwe mu mbuto zifite akamaro gakomeye mu buzima
bwa muntu, ariko mu muco nyarwanda abantu benshi bakuru ntibayikunda bayifata
nk’aho ari ibiribwa bigenewe abana cyane cyane, ariko ni ingirakamaro ku mubiri
w’abakuru n’abato, ku buryo ifite umumaro ukomeye mu buzima bwose bwa muntu.
Ikinyamakuru Isoko cyabakusanyirije ibintu 10 imineke ifasha mu buzima bwa

1. Imineke ituma umutima utera neza ku rugero rukwiye

9. Ifasha umererwa neza no
kugabanya umunaniro mu mutwe ( stress).
